WARRANTY GUIDELINES

Seller warrants that the product is free of defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year. Buyer is responsible for inspection within 24 hours of product arrival from defects in material and workmanship. There are natural variances in the wood’s color, grain, texture, etc. and manufacturer does not warrant that it is possible for a perfect match of any of these variables. This warranty does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from aging of the product, neglect, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, or repairs attempted or made by any entity or individual other than the seller.
This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by environment, or other natural events. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy. Any product to be considered for repair or replacement must be returned to the P.O. Box address provided from manufacturer at time of an approved return. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth are here in exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, expressed or implied.

MAGNET SAFETY

Product magnets used are more powerful than other kinds of magnets. The powerful force between magnets can often be surprising to those unfamiliar with their strength. Powerful attraction forces can cause serious injury with improper use. Fingers and other body parts can be pinched between two magnets. Product magnets can affect medical devices, care needs to be taken to avoid close proximity contact to such devices.
